30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

ClositAI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This refund window is intended to be simple and fair and does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

How Refunds Are Processed

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all ClositAI orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

  • Visit paddle.net, use the email address from checkout, and request a refund from your order page.
  • Email simsekby@gmail.com with your order number or checkout email address, and we will help coordinate the request with Paddle.

Cancellations and Renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and generally leaves paid features available until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund; if you are within the 30-day refund window, please request a refund separately through Paddle or by contacting us.

Refund Abuse and Statutory Rights

We may review unusual refund activity for fraud or abuse, but we do not impose unreasonable conditions on valid refund requests within the 30-day window. This policy does not affect non-waivable consumer rights, including any EU/UK withdrawal rights that may apply.
